My husband is great with numbers.  Me?  Let’s just say I have different skills. However, when it comes to finding a “deal”…I can blow all of you out of the water. You see, I am the QUEEN of the DEAL and I apply “Jamie Math” to every purchase that I make.

Take these boots for example:

I got these  Manolo Blahnik boots for $650.  Yep $650.  Purchased from my girlfriend who just simply ordered herself the incorrect size and did not return them.  Never worn. She also spent nearly 2 and  1/2 times the amount on these boots than I did.  I’ve had these boots for years and I rock them every fall and winter season.  Pennies on the dollar, according to MY math – plus, I needed them.

“$650 for a pair of boots???” my husband freaked all out asked.  (Ok – do the words Manolo Blahnik mean anything to you?  Additionally, I do contribute to the household income, you know.  But perhaps most importantly…did he not realize the deal that I got for US?)

I call this Good Math … “Jamie Math.”  I’m always looking for a deal and/or how I can make something for less. Such as this outfit:

ENTIRE outfit– under $100.00 (excluding earrings and ring)

black leather collageI spent $35 on my purse – similar & similar ||| $24 on my pants – similar  ||| $0 on my shoes – a gift, but I thought the shoes needed something so I embellished the heels. Learn how to create your own version of Miu Miu shoes here.  ||| $32 on the  jacket.

Listen, this jacket is super cute…apply my math and you won’t even give it a second thought.

Now… WHO wants me on their math team?
