Do you remember the first time you laid eyes on the open toe bootie?
I saw my first pair on the Real Housewives of Something a few years ago and I thought to myself “Why would I wear a boot where my toes are exposed?” … and then my next thought was “Bleech.”
But NOW I simply can’t imagine not having these spectacular foot coverings in my wardrobe.
They are so much more fab than a sandal. I will, of course, wear my open toe booties casually but I love dressing up an outfit with them, especially an evening gown. I’m just going to call it like it is ~ the open toe bootie still ROCKS!

I bought my first pair about 4 years ago. My sister declared them “hideous,” but I loved them and still have them. Personally, I think the OTB is the best thing EVER!
