So even though I was in Paris only just a few months ago ~ I had completely forgotten that, while I was there, I purchased this little beauty:
The Statement Belt.
Now, I know, HOW does one forget about a belt this size? …that, frankly, took up a lot of precious real estate in my suitcase on the return flight home.
But I had actually forgotten about it until I started noticing more and more statement belts, also known as corset belts, in fashion mags and it dawned on me that I already owned one.
(my Yes, I do realize this size belt may not be for everyone ~ but I love it.
Soooo, ok… maybe you can’t eat carbs for a few days before wearing this Vivienne Westwood
or… perhaps you have to lay down in the car and have someone else drive after cinching this Olympia Le-Tan around your waist.
But fashion is WORTH it, right ladies??? (ASOS)
