What do Sarah Jessica Parker and I have in common?
Hmmm … well it just so happens that not only do we each possess a pair of feet, we also both have a willingness to wear the not so usual evening shoe.
Gosh. Who knew we were so similar? I mean, we’re practically one pair of Manolos away from being twinzies. We also, by the way, each have two earlobes and a nose but now I’m just rubbing it in your face.
The shoes I’m wearing are my version of these fab Aminah Abdul Jillil shoes.
(check out the red and the animal print…#2die4)
So, with both Christmas and New Year’s Eves upon us ~ your evening shoe should not be boring. It should also not be the shoe you just wore to work.
Why not consider some of these not so usual options? Just click on each image for the details.

The point I’m trying to make is ~ your shoes should not put your date to sleep.
Be memorable.
Stunning!

Always love a blog on shoes.
Long gone are the days when the plain black pump was OK !! (Guess that would be the one you just wore to work, huh?)
Your selection says, “Party On” !! Terrific choices–many thanks!
Serious shoe envy here! A foot issue has made heels a no-no for me this holiday season so I must live vicariously through you. I am compensating with major sparkly jewelry and print pants so all is not lost!
OMG – this makes my eyes so happy! More please.
Sweet selection ! Love the fringe boot , swingin! The pump boot is great also . So many choices !!!
Pretty awesome pair, you rock the look! I envy your coat!!!
BOOM! When life is hard and brings the blues…..shop for…..shop for…..shop for shoes!!
Well, your shoesies are the cutest. May you trip the light
fantastic (and not on the highhigh heels) for a most festive Christmas!
Um, hello – every woman should have an unexpected (drool-worthy) pair of shoes in their wardrobe!
I hear that!
